Corporate Chair Massage

Long hours on the keyboard, deadlines, appointments, and bottom lines all lead to stress on the body and can cause muscle tension.

Employees that are under stress are not working at their full potential. Weekends and vacations are not adequate relief for ongoing pain, and will eventually lead to less focused work -- and possibly rising health care costs to your company.

Corporate massage addresses this issue head-on by making relaxation and rejuvenation part of the work week, leading to happier, healthier employees at a fraction of the cost. It's preventative care that benefits your bottom line.

Boosts Productivity
Even a brief massage can boost productivity and problem solving abilities. According to the journal American Psychologist, employees who receive a 15-minute massage emerge from the chair better able to take on complicated tasks. Massage also relieves fatigue and stimulates creative thinking, creating a more energetic and innovative team.

Improves Health and Well Being
Massage has been shown to relieve arthritis, boost the immune system, improve muscle and joint functioning and reduce blood pressure. These benefits make your employees feel better, allowing them to work more efficiently and miss less days of work.

Show Employee Appreciation
Companies who offer massage show they appreciate their employees. When your team knows they are valued, they are more likely to remain loyal to your company and produce their best work. Scheduling massage time lets your employees know you care about their physical and mental well-being and is a great way to say "thank you" for all their hard work.

Corporate sessions take place in a chair instead of on a table. I am able to target the most common sites of stress, like the neck, back, shoulders and arms while your employees remain in the office. The sessions can be completed in just a few minutes, so your team can quickly get back to work feeling refreshed and renewed.

I will bring a comfortable massage chair and supplies to your office. You decide how many minutes to allow each employee to receive massage.  Typically between 10 and 30 minutes per person is sufficient.  I leave a few minutes between each person to allow for a brief consultation, time to clean the chair and retrieve the next person.
